Christmas Chocolate Cheer
This year we are going to try and bring some Chocolate Christmas Cheer to those who may find Christmas challenging.
Christmas time is generally when you get special treats – often in the form of chocolate, but some people won’t be getting any special treats this year.
We would like to spread a little Christmas Cheer, by collecting chocolate items, large or small, which will be given to our local foodbank and Joe’s Place to show our love and care for others.
As our Advent Action we are will taking part in our ‘Reverse Advent Calendar’ activity again this year.
The reverse Advent Calendar is where you give something on each day of advent.
Each day from December 1st a different child in class will donate a chocolate item and sent to those in our local community. Your child’s day will be their register number – if your child is 12th on the register, they bring their donation on the 12th day of December.
Donated chocolate items can be big or small - from a small bar, selection box or a box of chocolates.
Any chocolate item will be greatly appreciated.
